So last year, before hunting season started in Georgia, I received a 4″ Benchmade Meatcrafter to use for the season. A smaller hybrid deboning knife built for the outdoors, perfect for field dressing game to breaking down the meat back at camp. With a razor-sharp edge on a trailing-point profile blade and a grippy Santoprene handle. I found it, and the hunter orange sheath it came with would always be on my hunting pack or belt for the rest of the season. So let’s see how this offering from Benchmade has held up to a season of use in North Georgia.
