Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former assistant Capricorn Clark took the stand at the music mogul’s trial Tuesday, May 27 and testified about an incident during which she claims Combs threatened to kill Kid Cudi.
Kid Cudi, whose real name is Scott Mescudi, previously took the stand and testified about his relationship with Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, who was in an on-and-off relationship with Combs for 11 years.
Ventura, the prosecution’s star witness, previously said Combs reacted angrily after finding out about her fling with Mescudi.
On Tuesday, Clark testified about an incident in December 2011, after Combs learned of the relationship, when she saw the Bad Boy Records founder through her peephole. His pants had split at the inseam and his underwear was visible, she said.
When she opened the door, Combs was holding a gun, Clark recalls.
“He was livid, furious, mad at me,” Clark testified.

Clark testified that Combs stormed in and immediately confronted her, saying, “Why didn’t you tell me?” and demanding information about Mescudi.
She claimed Combs said, “Get dressed, we’re going to go kill” him.
When she pushed back, Combs allegedly snapped at her, saying he didn’t care what she thought and told her to get dressed.

Clark said she was terrified, noting that it was the first time Combs had ever been to her home.
“I had never seen him with a weapon, I had never seen him making me do something like this,” she said.
Combs is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has entered a not guilty plea.
