First seen last year at SHOT 2025, the Tyrant CNC PDW chassis for the SIG SAUER P365 has arrived!

Construction consists of a patent-pending hybrid design, combining 7075 aluminum with proprietary polymer components. A spring-loaded, side-folding brace is integrated into the chassis and deploys via a rear-mounted button. The system also incorporates a removable blast shield and Picatinny rail sections for mounting accessories.

A dual magazine holder with an ambidextrous release is built into the chassis to support faster reloads. The TWS365 is compatible with barrel lengths from 3.1 to 6 inches, including compensated and suppressed configurations, allowing the chassis to accommodate a range of P365 builds.

The layout of the system allows the brace to be deployed and magazines accessed without disrupting optic alignment or balance. Tyrant CNC notes that the chassis supports OWB and IWB holster use and is sized to fit within many bags designed for concealed carry.

This new chassis is compatible with all Tyrant CNC P365 upgrades.

Availability:

The SIG Sauer P365 PDW TWS365 is available through Tyrant CNC and authorized retailers, including RSR, Sports South, Optics Planet, and Brownells.

This is not a firearm, this is a chassis for the P365 and can be shipped directly to the user. Installing and setting up the chassis is entirely DIY.

MSRP is $600

We’re excited to see another P365 PDW chassis on the market and will have a full review soon! The PDW P365 is an interesting concept and one we’ve been enjoying. Having more options to choose from is never a bad thing. From the early samples we saw at SHOT 2025, the Tyrant CNC version has a lot to offer.

If you’re interested in more P365 upgrades, take a look:
