A New Mexico woman pleaded guilty to second-degree murder this week after killing her daughter’s teenage boyfriend and then trying to pin the crime on her own son, according to authorities. A Georgia man was arrested hours after authorities allege he fatally stabbed a woman. Brian Moree allegedly fled the scene on foot on the night of Monday, Jan. 13 before being captured the next morning in Dalton, Ga., according to a statement from the Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office. A Connecticut man and woman are accused of manslaughter in connection with the death of a 24-year-old man who was hit by a car in July.
