A Pennsylvania woman faces indecent assault charges after allegedly attempting to ply two tween boys with alcohol and sexually assault one of them after they shoveled snow from her driveway.
Pittsburgh resident Rochelle Stewart, 64, is charged with indecent assault, corruption of minors and making false reports to law enforcement, according to Allegheny County court records.
Police initially responded to Stewart’s Windgap Avenue home on Jan. 8 after receiving a report of a burglary, but upon arriving instead found two young boys whose breath allegedly reeked of alcohol, “speaking in a nonsensical way” that “a lady had just got them drunk and touched them,” according to a criminal complaint obtained by PEOPLE.
Stewart was allegedly watching the boys interact with police from her second floor window before finally coming down to talk to police, who concluded she was “extremely intoxicated.” She told officers that neighborhood kids were “pranking” her and were “drug dealers,” but said nothing of the alleged burglary she had initially called police for.
Meanwhile, both boys separately gave similar accounts to police. They said they were walking down the street asking locals if they could shovel snow from their driveways for money, and Stewart agreed to pay them $5 for the service.
They alleged she then invited them inside for hot chocolate but soon started offering them alcohol; one boy said she kept refilling his glass with vodka “more times than he could count” and he ultimately threw up.

Soon, though, the boy claimed Stewart sat down next to them on the couch and put her leg over his, touching his shoulders and legs before moving on to his crotch, an act the other boy allegedly caught on video. They then left the premises.
Stewart denied the boys had ever been in her house, but officers found a coat on the couch one of the boys had left, as well as a half-empty bottle of vodka.
Stewart was arrested and taken to the Allegheny County Jail. She posted $1,000 bail and is due back in court on Jan. 22.
It was not immediately clear if she has entered a plea or retained an attorney.
