Not only did Sean “Diddy” Combs’ allegedly beat Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, he called her a host of degrading names, often in front of other people, the rap mogul’s stylist testified during his federal sex trafficking and racketeering trial.
On Wednesday, May 28, stylist Deonte Nash was asked by an Assistant U.S. Attorney what Combs called Ventura, his on-and-off-again girlfriend of 11 years.
“Baby girl, CC, bitch, slut, ho,” replied Nash, worked for the music executive from 2008 to 2018.
When Nash was asked how often Combs would call Ventura a bitch, Nash replied, “Quite a bit. That was his fave.”
Nash noted that when Combs called Ventura a bitch, his tone would be “sometimes calm, sometimes irate, often firm.”
The prosecutor also asked how often Combs called Ventura a “slut” and a “ho.”
“Quite a few times,” Nash replied. “He would say, ‘She was nothing but a slut anyway.'”
Nash also told the court how Ventura reacted when Combs called her these names.
“Sad,” Nash said, adding that she would often cry and “go into a depression.”
During Nash’s time on the stand, the prosecutor asked him if Combs ever threatened Ventura.
“Yes,” Nash answered. “That he would beat her ass. That he’d send her sex tapes out.”
“How often would he say he would beat her ass?” the prosecutor continued.
“Quite a few,” Nash replied. “It drove her crazy. She would be super emotional. She might stay in the house for days.”
Nash was the third witness to testify on Wednesday, May 28.
On Tuesday, May 27, Combs’ former assistant, Capricorn Clark, testified how Combs allegedly came to her house with a gun one morning in December 2011 wanting her to go with him to kill rapper Kid Cudi, whose real name is Scott Mescudi. Combs was allegedly mad that Ventura and Mescudi briefly dated during a break in their relationship.
