An Oregon woman who pleaded guilty to manslaughter for killing her 4-year-old son in a drunken crash last year is now missing, prosecutors said.
The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office alleged Angelina Minor, 29, violated her supervised release, which resulted in the court issuing a warrant for her arrest, per a statement released on Dec. 31. They added that her last known address was in North Portland.
The Portland Police Bureau previously said Minor was intoxicated and speeding when her car hit two other vehicles, killing her 4-year-old son, Kingston R. Coston, in March 2024.
That day, Minor, who was driving a Hyundai Elantra sedan, allegedly fled the scene after a minor crash with a 2024 Scion xB, police said. The other driver followed Minor, who shortly afterward drove over the median into oncoming traffic and continued traveling against traffic before crashing head-on into a Tesla Model S.
According to police, bystanders performed CPR on Minor’s “severely injured” son, but he was later pronounced dead. Minor, her 3-year-old daughter, an adult male passenger and the man’s 4-year-old daughter were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The first driver was uninjured, while the Tesla driver sustained injuries but declined ambulance transportation, police said.
Minor has since pleaded guilty to manslaughter and other charges, but court records cited by KATU, KGW and KOIN show her sentencing was scheduled for January.
It was delayed until early 2026 because she was pregnant, KATU reported, adding that it’s unclear if she was still pregnant or has had the baby. She is now considered wanted by the authorities, per the outlet.
Minor’s blood alcohol level at the time of the crash was more than four times the legal limit, KOIN reported, citing court documents.
