An Ohio man has been found guilty of raping his 11-year-old daughter after his two stepdaughters also came forward alleging he had raped them.
One of the stepdaughters alleged the 48-year-old convicted sex offender raped her and that she gave birth to his child when she herself was 11.
The man, of Columbus, was found guilty of one count of rape of a child under the age of 13 and one count of gross sexual imposition, the Franklin County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office said in a statement.
The conviction against the man, who PEOPLE is not naming to protect the identities of his family members, stemmed from 2022 rape accusations from his daughter, per the office.
Police responded to a Columbus residence in August 2021, where the man’s daughter and two stepdaughters said he sexually abused them on multiple occasions, The News & Observer reported, citing unspecified court documents.
The daughter, then 11, alleged to police that the man had sexually abused her, per the documents.
The stepdaughters then accused the man of raping them when they were between the ages of 11 to 17, from 2008 through 2019, during which time they all lived together, NBC 4 reported, citing the prosecutor’s office.
During this time, the perpetrator allegedly impregnated one of his stepdaughters and she gave birth to the child when she was 11, police said, according to The News & Observer.
NBC 4 reported, citing prosecutors, that a DNA test would later confirm he was the child’s father.
