A guest at a horror-themed restaurant in Cleveland allegedly brandished a gun and refused to pay his bill after accusing a waiter of flirting with the mother of his child.
Officers with the Cleveland Heights Police Department were called to The Haunted House Restaurant just before 9 p.m. on Oct. 22 after receiving a call about a male who needed to be removed from the property, according to a copy of the investigative report obtained by PEOPLE.
The man had already left by the time police arrived, but the officers interviewed members of the staff and eyewitness about the events which had transpired earlier that evening.
A man celebrating the birthday of his young daughter at the restaurant with the girl’s mother was upset because, as he told one server, according to the report, “Michael Myers was flirting with his girl.”
The report notes in the following sentence that the person portraying Myers, the masked killer from the Halloween franchise, “does not talk.”
A fellow diner told police that the “flirting,” which seemed to upset the man, occurred when the staff member portraying Myers, walked over and “hit his play knife on the table,” according to the affidavit.
Soon, Myers was being followed around the restaurant by the man, the affidavit states.

After goading him to go outside, the waiter allegedly agreed to do just that, at which time the man allegedly brandished his gun and said: “Oh you got a knife, well I got bullets.”
The manager on duty learned about this exchange, and asked the man to pay his bill and vacate the premises, according to the affidavit.
He then refused to pay, as did the woman he was with, according to the affidavit, but as they left the manager informed the group that she would be giving the woman’s name to police since she made the reservation.
This resulted in the man allegedly pulling out his gun once more and then saying to the manager as she returned to the restaurant “b—ch, I’ll kill you.”
“Due to the bill never being paid and the male threatening staff with a firearm while refusing to pay, this incident is being investigated as an aggravated robbery,” the report states.
Police have yet to publicly identify or arrest the male suspect as of Halloween eve.
