Gypsy-Rose Blanchard is marking the upcoming end of her parole.
On Tuesday, Feb. 18, the reality TV star, 33, posted a photo on her Instagram Stories revealing that she has four months and six days left of her parole, which will be completed on Tuesday, June 24.
“A whole new world is about to open up for me very soon with many new opportunities and adventures,” she tells PEOPLE exclusively about the upcoming date.
“Although I have freedoms while outside of prison walls, I am still in a sense ‘property of the state of Missouri,’ ” she explains. “So I am looking forward to a life without restrictions or being ‘owned.’ ”
A victim of Munchausen by proxy, Blanchard was sentenced to 10 years in prison in 2016 after she pleaded guilty to murder for her role in the killing of her mother, Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard. She was granted parole in September 2023 and was later released from the Chillicothe Correctional Center on Dec. 28, 2023.
Since her release, Blanchard reunited with her ex-fiancé Ken Urker. After Blanchard announced her split from husband Ryan Scott Anderson in March, she and Urker sparked reconciliation rumors in April. That month, it was reported that they were officially back together. Then, in July, Blanchard confirmed they were expecting their first child together.
On Jan. 1, Blanchard shared that she and Urker welcomed a daughter named Aurora Raina Urker on Dec. 28, the one-year anniversary of her release. Urker shared a photo of the new mom cradling their baby in an Instagram post with the caption, “Welcoming 2025 with the greatest gift of all 👼.”
Throughout the recent weeks, the Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup star has shared that she’s “leaning into motherhood.” On Friday, Feb. 14, she added an Instagram post honoring her two Valentines: Aurora and Urker.
She then told PEOPLE, “They are my two sweethearts this Valentine’s Day.”
“It was a sweet moment and I thought my fans would like to see how our little family is doing,” she continued.

Days later, on Monday, Feb. 17, she shared some candid thoughts about her baby girl in an Instagram post.
“With every kiss with every lullaby with every cuddle, l heal my inner child,” the post began. “I’m slowly starting to finally heal the wounds of a bloodline I didn’t ask for, through the eyes of a child I was blessed with💗.”
