If concealed carry gear ever needed a boost of real-world street cred, the new A912 and A912 L holsters from FALCO Holsters in Slovakia, and the 3 of 7 Project deliver it in spades.

Launched in late September 2025, these Kydex inside-the-waistband (IWB) holsters are born from the collaborative efforts of FALCO, known for handcrafted precision holsters (and also being from one of the few countries in Europe where it is legal to carry concealed as a civilian), and the 3 of 7 Project—a group with roots in Navy SEAL and SWAT missions here in the USA.

The result? Holsters designed by people who carry for a living, built to perform when it really counts.

The FALCO A912 range features a full Kydex construction paired with a perforated leather backer designed to increase comfort and ventilation during hot weather or physical activity.

As FALCO states, “The A912 holsters combine the rugged reliability of full Kydex construction with a perforated leather backer that enhances comfort and ventilation.” The open-top design ensures that the handgun remains instantly accessible, while the open-bottom construction reduces debris accumulation to keep draws smooth and safer.

For appendix carry users, the holsters include an integrated concealment claw that angles the handgun’s grip snugly toward the body for improved concealment. Two retention screws allow for precise adjustment of draw resistance. “A claw angles the handgun’s grip snugly toward the body, ensuring perfect concealment during appendix carry,” FALCO explains. The holsters come equipped with slim polymer belt clips that secure firmly to belts without adding bulk and allow a tucked-in shirt for additional concealment.

Compatibility is extensive, with these holsters fitting more than 2,400 handgun models and accommodating over 100 weapon-mounted lights for light-bearing versions. This broad compatibility ensures they work with everything from classic 1911 pistols to the most compact semi-autos. A full sweat guard protects the firearm from moisture, preventing damage from body sweat over time.

The collaboration with the 3 of 7 Project brings real tactical experience into every design element. Founded by Navy SEAL and SWAT veterans, the project “brings a unique perspective to concealed carry gear,” and each feature reflects their hands-on field knowledge and uncompromising approach, as stated in the press release.

This partnership ensures the holsters are built on “field-tested knowledge and uncompromising quality,” not just theory. FALCO supports these holsters with a lifetime limited warranty and a 30-day buyback guarantee. Handcrafted in Slovakia using premium European and U.S. materials, each holster undergoes meticulous craftsmanship to meet high standards of quality and durability.

The FALCO A912 and A912 L Kydex IWB holsters are priced at an MSRP of $159.95. These carefully crafted holsters combine rugged Kydex construction with a breathable perforated leather backer and adjustable retention designed from real-world experiences.

The 3 of 7 Project, founded by Navy SEAL and SWAT veterans, brought their insight into every detail, ensuring these holsters meet the demands of those who carry daily.
