Diddy Trial Day 12 Full Recap: Former Employee Says Diddy Sexually Assaulted Her on Multiple Occasions

An alleged victim of Sean “Diddy” Combs testified under a pseudonym at the music mogul’s trial on Thursday, May 29.

The woman, a former Combs employee, testified under the name Mia. Her testimony came after Combs’ ex Casandra “Cassie” Ventura previously leveled serious allegations of various abuse, including rape, during her four days on the witness stand.

Wednesday’s proceedings featured testimony from Los Angeles police and fire investigators and featured an unsuccessful defense motion for a mistrial.

The prosecution also said it expected to rest its case a week earlier than initially anticipated, though the trial could still stretch the entirety of June.

Combs is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution and could potentially face up to life in prison if convicted. He has pleaded not guilty.
