Jurors have asked to review four key pieces of evidence at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ trial.
The request came in a note to Judge Arun Subramanian during the second day of deliberations on Tuesday, July 1.
Jurors asked to see a transcript of Casandra “Cassie” Ventura’s testimony related to the infamous InterContinental Hotel assault, her testimony about an alleged incident at the Cannes Film Festival and her testimony regarding sex worker Daniel Phillip, another witness who testified during the trial.
The jury also asked to review Phillip’s testimony regarding a “Freak Off” at a New York hotel, if that testimony exists.
Earlier in the trial, Phillip testified that he’d overheard Combs assaulting Ventura in a different room. He also said he had been hired to have sex with Ventura while Combs looked on and masturbated.
Ventura, who spent multiple days on the witness stand while pregnant, testified that in 2013 she attended the Cannes Film Festival with Combs. While there, she claimed Combs accused her of stealing his drugs while they were staying on a yacht.
