A newborn baby girl has been reported missing in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Tnyiah Tyson, who was born on June 18, was last seen in the 600 block of East Altamonte Drive at the AdventHealth Altamonte Springs Hospital.
According to a police report issued by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the newborn may be in the company of Latraka Fairley and Timothy Tyson, who are believed to be her parents.
Public Information Officer Deana DiPaola tells PEOPLE that Altamonte Springs Police Department is “attempting a well-being check of newborn Tnyiah Tyson after leaving the hospital with her mother.”
DiPaola adds that Tnyiah was not taken from the hospital.
“She was last seen leaving the hospital with her mom in our jurisdiction,” DiPaola says. “Due to the ongoing nature of the investigation and the involvement of multiple agencies, including DCF [Florida Department of Children and Families], the child’s welfare is our top priority.”
Police warned members of the public not to approach the individuals named, but rather to contact Altamonte Springs Police Department at 407-339-2441 or via 9-1-1.

Fairley, 28, is described in the police report as a Black female, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 150 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Timothy, 41, is described as a Black male, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Timothy has a burn on his right hand and several tattoos, including a “BJ” on his arm. He also has a tattoo of the world and a man with two guns on his back.

Fairley and Timothy could be traveling in a 2011 blue Range Rover Sport with Florida plates reading DWD1112.
PEOPLE has reached out to the Florida Department of Children and Families for additional details and comment on the situation, but did not immediately hear back.
