Hey all, I got caught up with Press Week writing, and still need to finish some posts about my Buck Knives trip. I will get back on that as soon as I can. In the mean time, please have a look at our July 2025 issue, which is beginning to arrive in subscriber mailboxes. Mine came in yesterday.
It’s another loaded one, with Custom Maker Ricardo Velarde donning the cover. Antique/historical knife buffs will enjoy the English Self Defense Knives and Hollingsworth articles, Field trial is a Hinderer, and Dennis Ellinson’s article on traditional whittlers is one I found quite informative.
While it wasn’t completely about knives, I found Bruce’s column on “Nannie’s Quilts” quite touching. I continue my ongoing series on the Crucible bankruptcy, with what I think is my final piece on the matter. AKTI, Knife Rights, ABS, and Whatizzut round things out.
Those who are print subscribers should have the issue in the next couple of days, if you haven’t already. Premium Online Members can view the online flipbook in the Member Area.
