Hailing from Northeast Wisconsin, Jess has built a reputation for creating heirloom-quality fixed-blade knives that are both functional tools and beautiful pieces.
What makes this episode particularly fascinating is hearing how Jess crafted his very first knife using just a file and “a lot of elbow grease” before building up to his current fully equipped shop.
