XTech Tactical recently began shipping two new Glock G19 and Glock G19 magazine related accessories. First is its new extended 20-round Glock G19-pattern magazine, and the second is the MTX 19+5-round magazine extension meant for standard 15-round Glock magazines.

XTech Tactical Mag 19 EXT

XTech Tactical offers this 20-round extended 9mm Glock G19-pattern magazine at a reasonable price. The Mag 19 EXT functions with any Glock G19, Glock G45 or other clones including the PSA Dagger, Ruger RXM, Shadow Systems and others. XTech took special care during development to ensure full compatibility across standard magazine wells between actual Glocks and their derivatives.

Mag 19 EXT Features:

  • A stronger and longer-lasting, power 17-7 stainless steel spring vs OEM Glock music wire
  • Enhanced Delrin No-Stick proprietary follower rather than nylon thermoplastics
  • An enhanced baseplate for durability, with side scallops for better extraction
  • Side scallop for ease of blind indexing
  • Enhanced texture and front and rear tread for better overall handling and grip

XTech Tactical MTX +5 Magazine Basepad Extensions

XTech Tactical is also offering its customers the new MTX +5 Magazine Basepad Extension. With this accessory, end users can upgrade their existing factory Glock G19 magazines and increase capacity from 15 to 20 rounds. This product follows many of the features that Glock incorporated into the specific Glock G19 magazine including the engagement tabs found at the bottom. The MTX +5 spring and spring button also work in a similar fashion to factory Glock 19 magazines. The sides of the extension even have a matching dot matrix that corresponds to Glock’s Gen4 and Gen5 grip texturing.

MTX +5 Magazine Basepad Extension Features:

  • Five points of engagement
  • Extended 17-7 stainless steel spring
  • Proprietary baseplate material for unmatched durability
  • Compatible with Gen4 Glock factory magazine wells
  • Lifetime warranty

“Our relentless passion for innovation and raising industry standards is blatantly obvious the second you touch these products. I could not be more proud of what our team accomplished here. There is truly a new standard in magazine extensions. We will continue expanding our lineup of great products you can pass down for generations,” said Jeremy Deadman, President of X Tech Tactical.
