The Indy Pass already offers access to over 270 resorts in the U.S., Canada, Japan, and across Europe. Every year, it adds to its family of resorts, where pass holders get 2 days of skiing at smaller, more local mountains.

This month, Indy announced that for the 2025/26 season, pass holders will now have access to Levi (pronounced LEE-vee or Leh-vee), one of Finland’s oldest and most popular ski areas.

“We are delighted to join the Indy Pass network and to further increase Levi’s visibility among skiers, especially in the North American market,” Marko Mustonen, commercial director of Levi, said in a press release. “Levi Ski Resort is one of Northern Europe’s leading and internationally recognized ski destinations, and Indy Pass offers travelers a new way to discover Levi as part of their winter holiday.”

Levi is the first resort in Finland to join the Indy Pass network. Mustonen said that the partnership is an important step in the long-term growth of the resort and its international accessibility.

So, if you’re interested in skiing in the land of reindeer herders, aurora borealis, and 100,000 lakes, the Indy Pass will get you there. Then, if you wanted to carry on skiing in Nordic countries, you could continue to resorts in Sweden and Norway. For ski travel, few passes offer as much range and opportunity as Indy.

Skiing in Finland: Levi & Indy Join Forces

Finland is one of the fastest-growing tourist destinations in Europe. However, it is not well-known as an international ski destination. Part of the goal in joining the Indy Pass is to boost tourism to Lapland at large (the most northern region of the country).

Levi has 26 lifts, two gondolas, and 44 runs spanning nearly 24 miles (38.5 km). Its winter season is over 200 days long, and it annually hosts an FIS Alpine Skiing World Cup event. Scattered around the mountain is a network of huts where you’ll find raging campfires and other skiers warming up.

The resort also prioritizes sustainability. In 2018, it became the first Nordic ski resort to commit to the “ISO 14001 environmental management system,” a globally recognized standard for sustainable business management. In 2020, it also earned the Sustainable Travel Finland label.

Accommodation is plentiful on the mountain and in its resort village. There are hotels, apartments, cottages, and even igloos for rent.

With the Indy Pass, you’ll get 2 days of skiing at Levi Ski Resort. It uses dynamic pricing for day passes, so some days are slightly more expensive than others. So, if you plan on skiing a third or fourth day at Levi, expect to pay around $60-65 (€52-56) per day. Compared to day passes at U.S. resorts, that’s very affordable.

The 2025/26 Indy Pass is sold out. However, sales will open up for the 2026/27 season this spring, and who knows? By then, there might be even more mountains around the world that it allows you to access.
