Yuma, AZ – Jan. 14 – Fast Metal, manufacturer of premium sunglass frames machined from the highest and strongest grade alloys known to man, has announced that they will be unveiling several new products at their booth (#31102) at SHOT Show 2025, in Las Vegas, NV, to include their newest line of Military eye wear.

Fast Metal® will unveil the brand-new additions to their Military line, along with the addition of several other glasses to their sunglasses / lifestyle side of the house.

The Fast Metal Military Line of eyewear features technology in Ballistic Performance, meeting or exceeding MIL-PRF-32432A clause 3.8.4.1 Ballistic fragmentation characteristics Class 1 spectacles and ANSI Z87.1-2020 clause 7.1 Impact-Rated Protector Requirements (Z87+). The eyewear lenses are made of highly durable, optical-grade polycarbonate and provide 100% UV-A-B-C protection; and come equipped with an anti-fog coating, maintaining clarity in extreme conditions, and lasting 10-20 times longer than competing anti-fog solutions.

The new Military Line of Fast Metal eyewear consists of:

HALEN: The Halen eyewear system with a wraparound design provides unobstructed field-of-view and ballistic protection for fast-paced tactical, special ops, and military operations. Boasting interchangeable 100% UV protection lenses that are resistant to scratches, and have an anti-fog coating, preventing the eyewear from fogging in the heat of the mission.

OZZ: The Ozz system design sits cleaner against the face and integrates with helmets and head subsystems. The adjustable arms bend to shape and extend for optimal fit and comfort, with a brow design that integrates with helmets, anti-fog performance, customizable fit, and lens swap capabilities.

FONTANA: Fontana eyewear system features a browless design, anti-fog performance, customizable fit, and rapid lens swap capabilities. Fontana also exceeds stringent military ballistic impact requirements. The unique style of Fontana delivers numerous advantages over traditional ballistic eyewear – it allows airflow to provide unparalleled venting, exceptional anti-fog capabilities and allows for unobstructed views while in a head-down or prone position. The temple arm design works seamlessly with head-borne equipment for optimal comms compatibility and performance in the field while offering all-day comfort.

ZANT: The Zant eyewear system features a high performance, scratch-resistant, anti-fog lens, offering superior ballistic protection and flawless optics, providing extreme low-profile defense for fast-moving, dynamic missions. The adjustable head strap keeps eyewear secure during rigorous activity.
