Dual-band ADS-B reception enhances airspace safety awareness, supporting mixed-domain operations Sydney, Australia – 23 October 2025 – DroneShield, a global leader in counter-drone technology, today announced the integration of Automatic Dependent Surveillance–Broadcast (ADS-B) into its ecosystem. The integration fuses traditional aviation surveillance data with counter-drone detection, allowing operators to intuitively differentiate legitimate aircraft from potential drone threats. ADS-B is a widely adopted air traffic monitoring technology, used globally to broadcast the identity, position, altitude, and velocity of crewed aircraft. By receiving and fusing ADS-B data into DroneSentry-C2, DroneShield’s SaaS-enabled command-and-control platform can now provide operators with a clearer picture of both crewed and uncrewed…

Learn More The 2026 Kawasaki KLE500 is a new middleweight off-road-focused adventure bike that slots between the Versys-X 300 and KLR650 in Kawasaki’s lineup. This model was available in other markets around the globe from 1991 to 2007, competing against such legendary nameplates as the Transalp and Ténéré. Those names have also come back onto the market in recent years, and are also available on the U.S. market. The market for lighter and smaller adventure motorcycles has been hot in recent years, and Kawasaki wants even…
I hit the range with a spread of different AK ammo to find the best 7.62×39 loads for plinking, hunting and self-defense.Not that long ago, AKs were cheap, and the 7.62x39mm ammunition they fired made blasting trash in the woods an economically sound pastime. So economical, in fact, that AR-15s chambered for it were once a popular option for those looking to keep range time affordable. Those days are, unfortunately, well behind us.Now, AR-15s are far more affordable than the most budget-tier Kalashnikovs, and cheap 5.56 NATO can be found at nearly half the price of 7.62 Soviet.Does the new, higher…

Tack on the literally hundreds of running clubs and a number of iconic races, and you’ve got a community that matches the hustle of the city. One such running club is Mile Style Run Club, a Bronx-based club that started with humble roots in 2016 and has grown into a group that hosts upward of 90 runners. The club’s founder, Miguel Hernandez, saw the health challenges the Bronx faced — ranking as the…
Scope Covers Like No Other The product idea that got the brand started. The Scope Bumper™ is a complete rethinking of what scope covers should be. Sure, it covers the lens, but it also solves two other problems that most covers don’t: Scope Bumper™ protects the scope and doesn’t get in the way. Protection The Scope Bumper™ is made of three pieces that work together to protect your scope from end impacts, glancing blows, and incidental contact with objects in your environment. The protective outer cover and cap are made of an advanced carbon fiber polymer that is highly durable,…
Accessories can make or break an outfit — and that doesn’t just apply to fashion. If you want to avoid the parks (and the crowds), there are plenty of detours outside the major National Parks that are worth the trip. Plus, private RV parks near National Parks typically have better availability and more amenities than the National Parks themselves. In the last few years, around 300 million people have visited National Parks annually — which can make finding RV camping tough. But what about the less trafficked nearby parks and natural areas? If you’re looking for a camping trip off the well-worn path of the National Park circuit, here are five detours that are worth…

Other than Athena, who, according to legend, sprung from the head of Zeus fully formed and ready for combat, TJ Schwarz’s debut in the knife world has been nothing short of remarkable. Since the release of his first two designs for Koenig Knives (the Arius and the Zenaida) when he was around age 22, his portfolio of work has been incredible. The Arius stands as a mainstay of the high-end production world, while the ultra-rare Zenaida is a “gee whiz” machining feat — a knife with absolutely no blade play held together without fasteners. After that, Schwarz designed two incredible…
The Civivi designers are continuing to flex their muscle in the fixed blade category with an incoming knife called the Torvyn. The Torvyn is a utility-oriented cutter with an (unusual for Civivi) element of serration to the blade. Shape-wise, the blade itself is a drop point – a narrow take on the form, with an edge length of 3.75 inches, so while the Torvyn will enjoy all the strength benefits of its full tang, non-folding construction, jobs requiring some finesse are well within its wheelhouse as well. AEB-L steel is in use, at least on these early knife show prototypes…
