Authorities are searching for the remains of Ashley Elkins at a landfill in Michigan following her disappearance nearly two weeks ago, according to multiple reports.  On Monday, Jan. 13, law enforcement agencies visited the Pine Tree Acres Landfill in Macomb County’s Lenox Township to search for the body of Elkins, 30, who has been missing since Jan. 2, the Associated Press, Fox 2 Detroit and The Detroit News reported.  Roseville Police Chief Mitch Berlin confirmed that 40 to 50 officers were searching the area and that evidence gathered by police in the investigation led them to the location, according to…

Police in Oregon say they have apprehended a suspect they believe murdered a man who went missing almost exactly three years ago.Murphy Calvin Henry II, 54, was arrested on Jan. 9 for allegedly murdering Ryan Staggs, 30.
