Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey plans to implement a wide-ranging gun law immediately today. A man who police think killed his wife and himself in a murder-suicide had made several mysterious comments on his social media in the days leading up to the incident.  Hannah Kang, 25, was killed by her husband, 34-year-old Youree Kang, who then died by suicide in their Austin, Texas, home on Sept. 24, the Austin Police Department said in a statement at the time.  Police responded to the home after Hannah’s aunt requested a welfare check on the couple, the statement said. A Texas man was killed by execution on Tuesday evening after being sentenced for the 1989 killing of two twin girls and their mother.
