Police in Battle Ground, Wash., say they arrested two men in the parking lot of a shopping center last week who allegedly possessed drugs tucked inside individually wrapped cookies. Jose Luis Mendoza-Gonzalez, 52, of Waukegan, Ill. has been charged with concealment of a death, abuse of a corpse and obstructing justice, per the Waukegan Police Department.
