A Minnesota mother was found dead in August, and authorities have recently arrested a man they believe killed her after the two met at a bar.  Christopher Neal, 45, was arrested and charged with second-degree murder among other criminal offenses in connection with the death of 38-year-old Victoria Gamble, according to the criminal complaint obtained by KSTP, Northern News Now and WJON. Police are investigating after a human head washed ashore at a popular tourist beach in South Florida.  A beach worker in Key Biscayne, Fla., found the head around 8:36 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12, Det.
