In her role as President, Ozge will oversee day-to-day operations across all three brands — CMC Triggers, San Tan Tactical, and SOUSA Optics — with a focus on aligning teams, optimizing performance, and executing strategic initiatives that support long-term growth.
Her appointment marks a significant step forward in the continued evolution of the organization, reinforcing its commitment to building a scalable, high-performance platform across manufacturing, product development, and market expansion.
