An Ohio man fatally shot two children and an adult before killing himself, police said.
According to a Tiffin Police Department press release, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Huss St. just before 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 19 after a report of “shots fired and screaming.”
At the scene, officers discovered four victims suffering from gunshot wounds and an “adult female who was physically uninjured but clearly in a state of shock, overwhelmed and visibly traumatized,” according to police.
Investigators determined that the shooting happened “during an effort by the mother of two children to remove belongings from the residence following ongoing domestic issues in the home,” per the release.
According to police, Dustin Willey — the father of the woman’s 7-year-old son — was at the residence to help her move out of the home.

At the time, it was believed that her 42-year-old husband, Ryan Eagon, was out of town for work, police said.
Authorities said the woman and Willey, 29, were inside the residence gathering remaining items while her oldest son and her 7-month-old baby boy were outside near a vehicle. When they heard the oldest son cry out, they went to check on the children and saw Eagon in the driveway, per the release.

Police said Eagon allegedly chased Willey and fired multiple shots towards him. He then shot both children “before directing additional gunfire at Dustin,” the release states, adding that he fatally shot himself afterward.
The mother told police she carried her injured children inside the home before officers arrived.
Willey was transported to the Tiffin Mercy Hospital, where he died from his injuries. The 7-year-old boy also died at the hospital. The infant and Eagon were both pronounced deceased at the home.
Police said Eagon is the father of the woman’s 7-month-old baby, WTVG reported.
“This incident remains an active investigation by the Tiffin Police Department with assistance from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, and the Seneca County Coroner’s Office,” police said.
Autopsies are pending as of Friday, Nov. 21.

Kelly Gallagher, Willey’s former boss, told WTVG that Willey was a doting father who loved his son.
“He would do anything for that boy,” she said. “He just showed what it’s like to be a single dad and that he was going to be a part of his life. He did a lot with him.
