Faxon Firearms is launching the new Harmonix suppressor line, created via a combination of cutting-edge materials, precision 3D-printing and advanced computational-flow dynamics to deliver a suppressor that offers high levels of sound suppression with minimal backpressure.

The Harmonix family currently includes two models. The first is the Harmonix Sentry, a suppressor that is 3D-printed from aerospace-grade Haynes 282, a high-performance superalloy known for strength and thermal stability. The second is the Harmonix I, which is made from lightweight, 3D-printed Grade 5 titanium and is built for shooters who demand high performance and low weight.

Both models are available in three configurations: .36 caliber, .30 caliber and dedicated 5.56mm model, and are fully HUB-mount compatible. Each suppressor ships standard with a direct thread mount, ready to run right out of the box.

“I’m incredibly proud of the time, effort and attention to detail the team poured into this project.” said Joey O’Gara, CEO of Faxon Firearms. “After countless hours of testing and design refinement, they truly stepped up—and the final product is a testament to their dedication and hands-on commitment.”

Harmonix Suppressors are fully 3D-printed, allowing for intricate internal geometries that optimize both sound suppression and gas redirection. This means a smoother, cleaner and provide a more balanced shooting experience across a wide range of platforms and calibers.

“Suppressor design is a balancing act and usually requires compromises. Sound reduction, flow, backpressure and cleanliness, weight, price. You need to choose between several priorities.” said Jay Wilson, Director of Product Management. “On Harmonix, we tried to prioritize it all, and I think these cans deliver.”

Engineered with user needs in mind, the Harmonix line provides shooters with flexibility and compatibility. The .36-caliber models accommodate everything from subsonic .300 BLK to 8.6 BLK and .338 caliber projectiles, while the .30-caliber and 5.56mm options are tuned for precision and gas efficiency for more traditional calibers.

“We tried dozens of concepts, impossible to machine or weld.” said Aaron Meidinger, Design Engineer at Faxon Firearms. “Rigorous testing stripped away all gimmicks, leaving behind purpose-built geometries that play nice with your rifle, your ears and your budget.”
