A Louisiana man is charged with rape after he allegedly sexually assaulted his friend after she refused to let him drink breast milk.
Cecil Fuller is charged with second-degree rape, according to Ouachita Parish jail records. It is not immediately clear if he has entered a plea or retained an attorney.
KTVE and KNOE both reported that in an arrest report, police allege that Fuller told his friend, who had recently given birth, that he wanted to drink her breast milk.
The woman was disgusted by the comments and left the room, according to the outlets, citing the records.
KTVE, citing the arrest report, reported that the woman told Fuller that she had just given birth two weeks prior and was not interested in him.

Police reportedly alleged that Fuller then raped her and stopped after he heard the woman’s baby make noise, the outlets reported.
KTVE reported that the woman had been friends with Fuller for over a decade and that he allegedly came over to her home in West Monroe on the night of the incident at 4:30 a.m.
Jail records indicate that Fuller was arrested on Tuesday, Aug. 5.
