A Florida man was arrested after reportedly speeding on the highway, tailgating other drivers, and using Snapchat with a baby in the backseat of his vehicle.

On Sunday, June 22, the Florida Highway Patrol pulled over a 29-year-old man around the Harborview Road exit of I-75 in Charlotte County after allegedly discovering he was traveling at 115 miles per hour, according to a report shared by both NBC affiliate WBBH and ABC affiliate KESQ.

Charles Wheeler II of Arcadia was booked into Charlotte County Jail on Sunday on charges of reckless driving and child neglect, according to jail records. His bond was set to $3,500 altogether — $1,000 for the reckless driving charge and $2,500 for the child neglect charge — and he was released the following day.

The CCSO and FHP did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s requests for further information on Thursday, June 26.

It is not immediately clear if Wheeler has legal representation to comment on his behalf.
