Diddy Trial Day 11 Full Recap: Fire Investigator and Stylist Testify, Judge Denies Defense Motion for Mistrial

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ trial resumed Wednesday, May 28 after the music mogul’s former assistant spent the previous day laying out allegations that he kidnapped her and once threatened to kill Kid Cudi.

Capricorn Clark testified the entirety of Tuesday and alleged that she saw Combs assault Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, the prosecution’s star witness.

Ventura, who spent four days on the stand two weeks ago while deep in her third trimester of pregnancy, was brought to a New York City hospital’s labor and delivery unit Tuesday, a source previously told PEOPLE.

Wednesday’s testimony featured a Los Angeles police officer as well as an arson investigator from the city’s fire department.

Another alleged victim, testifying under a pseudonym, is also expected to take the stand this week.

Combs has been charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in racketeering. He has pleaded not guilty.
