The disturbing text messages sent between a Wisconsin couple accused of plotting to sexually abuse the woman’s infant daughter have been revealed in a criminal complaint.
Skyler Klassen, 22, was arrested on April 9 after police in Madison, Wisc., allege they found child sex abuse material on his phone, according to a criminal complaint obtained by PEOPLE. He was taken into custody on a warrant out of Nevada.
Police claim they found photos of the infant’s exposed genitals and a video of the baby being digitally penetrated, per the complaint. Klassen allegedly admitted to the abuse, which police believe took place on April 7.
According to the complaint, text messages found on Klassen’s phone dating back to January allegedly show that he and the baby’s mother, Madison Bishop, 21, planned to sexually assault the 2-month-old before she was born.
The messages allegedly show Bishop, who was arrested on April 15, encouraging Klassen to commit the sexual assault of her daughter. The two described graphic sexual fantasies involving the baby and shared child sexual abuse material from other sources, per the complaint.
“I wanna be a good tradwife nd teach our girls how to be good toys,” Bishop allegedly wrote to Klassen in a text, according to the complaint.
Other messages Bishop is alleged to have sent to Klassen include, “I think a lot more people are into this than admit it tbh,,,if it was legal then a lot more people would I think,” and “I’m so excited to raise a lil porn star,” per the complaint.

Bishop has been charged with one count each of first-degree child sexual assault and failure to protect a child, according to the complaint.
Klassen was also charged with one count of first-degree sexual assault, but faces additional charges of one count of incest, four counts of sexual exploitation of a child and four counts of possession of child sex abuse material, the complaint states. The complaint didn’t make clear what Klassen’s relationship to the child was.
It’s unclear if they have entered pleas. The couple’s defense attorney declined to comment when previously reached by PEOPLE.
Public court records show Bishop has a preliminary hearing scheduled for April 30. It’s unclear when Klassen is expected to appear in court.
