A woman accusing Oren Alexander — one of the three Alexander brothers facing sex trafficking charges — of sexual assault claims the real estate mogul attacked her at the Versace mansion in Miami Beach. The real estate mogul denies the claims.

Maria Suska, who is not one of the women that have sued the Alexander brothers, told ABC News about her alleged encounter with Oren.

“First, I told him to calm down, calm down. He didn’t,” she claimed. “He started to strip my top off. I said, ‘Stop!’ And I started angrily yelling louder. The more I said, ‘Stop!,’ the more he got violent with me.”

Suska is also not involved in the criminal charges faced by Oren, due to Florida’s statute of limitations.

Oren and Tal Alexander, who are high-profile real estate moguls, and Oren’s twin brother, Alon, were indicted on federal sex trafficking charges in the Southern District of New York in January. They have also been sued more than a dozen times. They deny the allegations.

Suska told ABC that she went on a date with Oren Alexander in 2014 after she said he reached out on Facebook. She says she accompanied him to a private party at the Versace mansion, where phones were not permitted.

Suska alleges that Oren kissed her against her will before raping her, ABC News reported.

“He’s a six-foot guy … very strong,” Suska recalled. “He got himself together. He gave me a smirk, and he said, ‘Oh, that was good.’ He got up, and he left.”

Suska did not suffer any injuries, according to ABC. She did tell the outlet that she sought out her therapist for treatment for “post-sexual assault trauma.”

An attorney for Oren denied the accusations in an interview with ABC.

“She would have had to pick her phone up from security,” Jenny Wilson said. “She would have had to walk outside onto Ocean Drive, where there are roving police officers. And these allegations were not reported to them. Our system is built on testing allegations, and we fully intend to test these in a court of law.”
